Giggles & Snaps – Refund Policy

At Giggles & Snaps, we value your business and are committed to providing quality service for your event. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking:

1. Retainer Fee

  • A non-refundable retainer of $100.00 is required to secure your date and services.

  • This retainer is applied toward the total balance and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will be eligible for a partial refund of any amount paid above the $100 non-refundable retainer.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for any refund, and full payment remains due, as we reserve your date and may have turned away other business.

3. No-Show or Denied Access

  • If Giggles & Snaps arrives on-site and is unable to set up or operate the booth due to issues beyond our control (e.g., lack of access, inadequate space or power supply, or venue restrictions), no refund will be issued, and full payment remains due.

4. Service Interruptions

  • In the event of unexpected equipment failure or technical issues during the event, we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

  • If the photo booth is non-operational for a significant portion of the event due to a fault on our end, a partial refund or credit may be issued at the discretion of Giggles & Snaps, based on the time lost and circumstances.

  • No refunds will be issued for interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including power outages, venue restrictions, or guest interference.

5. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their booking once, without penalty, provided it is requested at least 14 days in advance and the new date is available.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, the original cancellation terms apply.

6. Custom Add-ons and Services

  • Fees paid for custom services or add-ons (e.g., custom backdrops, templates, or props) are non-refundable once the work has begun or items have been ordered.
