A legal disclaimer

A $100.00 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event or prior to setting up the photo booth. We will not begin setup or provide services until payment is received.

 

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are subject to full payment. Any cancellations must be made in writing.

The client is responsible for any damage to the booth or equipment caused by guests.

 

Access to the venue must be granted at least 1 hour before the event for setup, with a suitable space (minimum 8x8 ft.) and a nearby power outlet. Idle time and additional hours may incur extra charges.

 

In the unlikely event that the photo booth experiences technical issues or ceases to function during the event, Giggles & Snaps will make every reasonable effort to troubleshoot and restore service as quickly as possible. However, by booking our services, the client acknowledges that equipment, like all electronic systems, may be subject to unexpected failure despite regular maintenance. While we strive for uninterrupted service, Giggles & Snaps cannot be held liable for any loss of use due to technical malfunctions beyond our control.

 

Giggles & Snaps reserves the right to use event photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

 

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, power outages, or acts of nature.
