Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Thank you for choosing Giggles & Snaps for your photo booth experience. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both our clients and team, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be submitted in writing via phone call and email no later than 10 calendar days before the scheduled event. If cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the event, the client will receive a 70% refund of the total booking fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 days before the event—no exceptions. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling must be requested no later than 5 calendar days before the scheduled event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed until confirmed by Giggles & Snaps. A rescheduling request made within 5 days of the event will not be accepted, and the original booking will be treated as a cancellation under our cancellation terms (i.e., no refund). Additional Terms All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to gigglesandsnaps@gmail.com Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. By booking with Giggles & Snaps, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
